This JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), and the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana, a public body, corporate and politic (“Agency”), as of , 2020, and is made on the basis of the following facts, intentions and understandings. County and Agency are at times individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” herein.
