We refer to the Project Agreement dated October 03, 2022, between the International Development Association (“Association”) and the Province of Punjab (“Project Implementing Entity”) (“Project Agreement”), in connection with the Financing Agreement (“Financing Agreement”) dated October 01, 2022, date between the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (“Recipient”) and the International Development Association (“Association”), for the above-mentioned Project (“Project”). We also refer to a letter from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, dated March 07, 2023, requesting for restructuring of the Project.
