September 2024, by and between the Port of Tacoma (“Port”), a public port district organized under the laws of the State of Washington, and The Northwest Seaport Alliance (“NWSA”), a Washington Public Port Development Authority pursuant to RCW 53.57 (individually, “Party” or collectively, the “Parties”), as authorized by RCW 39.34 (the Interlocal Cooperation Act) and the Port Joint Powers authority RCW 53.08.240.
