THIS AGREEMENT, effective July 1, 2025, is between SOLANO COUNTY WATER AGENCY, a public agency existing under and by virtue of Chapter 573 of the 1989 statutes of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "Agency," and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Contractor."
