This community partnership agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into in the City of San Luis Obispo as of July 21, 2023 by and between the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation and charter city, hereinafter referred to as "City", and San Luis Obispo Museum of Art, a non-profit public benefit corporation (501-C3), hereinafter referred to as "SLOMA".
