The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office Detention Division manages and supervises the Work Release Program based on the parameters and guidelines outlined in this handbook along with the Inmate Rules and Regulations of the facility. The Eagle County Courts must give the initial permission to participate, however, this does not guarantee that you will meet the requirements. It is a privilege to participate in this program and strict adherence to the program requirements is expected. We reserve the right to deny any applicant if we believe it is in the best interest of the community and its safety.
