THIS CONTRACT is hereby made, entered into, and effective as of August 01, 2024, by and between GUILFORD COUNTY, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY,” and SENIOR RESOURCES OF GUILFORD, Inc., a North Carolina corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “CONTRACTOR,” and also collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
