These Avalara Studio Terms and Conditions (the “Avalara Studio Terms”), together with any applicable document used to describe the relationship between Avalara and Account Holder (the “Avalara Studio Account Agreement”) (the Avalara Studio Account Agreement with the Avalara Studio Terms are the “Agreement”), govern Account Holder’s use of Avalara Studio and constitute a binding agreement between Avalara and Account Holder (each, a “Party”). Account Holder agrees to be bound by these Avalara Studio Terms by executing, including clicking through, any document that references these Avalara Studio Terms.
