This Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “Effective Date”) by and among the Indiana Department of Transportation ( “INDOT”), the City of Fishers, Indiana (“Fishers”), the City of Noblesville, Indiana (“Noblesville”), and the Hamilton County, Indiana (the “COUNTY”) and jointly referred to as the “PARTIES.”
