This is an agreement to sublet real property (hereinafter known as the "Sublease") between City of Greenville (hereinafter known as the “Sublessor” or City) and Sublessee, (hereinafter known as the “Grantor”). The Lessor in the rental of this property in the original lease where the City is the tenant is Arthur Wallace (Wallace or Lessor).
