By enrolling in the JAX PASSPORT Frequent Parker Program you are agreeing to this parking contract. This contract limits OPERATOR’s liability. It licenses you to park one vehicle in a designated area at your sole risk and at posted rates in accordance with all rules for use of the facility. Any vehicle you park at this facility is parked at your sole risk.
