THIS GRANT CONTRACT is made and entered into by and between the COUNTY OF LANCASTER, NEBRASKA, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor", and City of Lincoln (Lincoln Police Department) a non-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
