This Service Agreement (“Service Agreement”) is entered into WhistleB Whistleblowing Centre AB, Reg. No. 556873-2753, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Sweden (“WhistleB”, or “Processor”), and entity that subscribed to the WhistleB Service (“Customer” or “Controller”). WhistleB and the Customer are hereinafter referred to separately as “Party” or jointly as “Parties”.
