This EASEMENT ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement” or “Easement”), for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, is made and entered into this day of June, 2024, by and between the Jeremy Ranch Owners Association, a Utah nonprofit corporation (the “HOA”) and [Owner Name] (collectively, “Homeowner”). The HOA and Homeowner may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
