GMV has developed and is the exclusive owner of a fully configurable simulator for mission control system and ground applications called SIMCRAFT (specific version defined as Software below). GMV Software employs copyright, trade secret, confidential information, as well as other Intellectual Property Rights that is licensed or is proprietary to GMV.
