This PRODUCTION SERVCES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) governs the Statement of Work entered into on the Effective Date (as defined below) by and between Motor Trend Group, LLC (“Company”) and the client identified on such Statement of Work (“Client”). Company and Client shall be referred to collectively hereinafter as the “Parties.”
