This Agreement Relating to the Financing and Construction of Certain Drainage Improvements (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of , 2024, between the CITY OF GALVESTON, TEXAS, a home rule municipality situated in Galveston County, Texas (the “City”) and the INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF GALVESTON, TEXAS, a non-profit economic development corporation (the “Corporation”) created and operating as a Type B corporation pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 501 and 505, Texas Local Government Code, as amended (the “Act”).
