This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by and between Partnership HealthPlan of California (“MCP”) and the County of Humboldt, by and through its Department of Health and Human Services – Behavioral Health, (“DMC- ODS”), effective as of the last date of signature (“Effective Date”). DMC-ODS, MCP, and MCP’s relevant Subcontractors and/or Downstream Subcontractors may be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
