This Standard Contract Addendum (“Addendum”) between Texas Woman’s University (“TWU”) and VENDOR (“Vendor”) is incorporated by reference into the attached AGREEMENT NAMES (“Agreement”) between TWU and Vendor. TWU and Vendor may be referred to singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The parties specifically agree that this Addendum is expressly made a part of the Agreement, and despite any language contrary anywhere else within this Agreement, in the event there is a conflict between the other terms and conditions of the Agreement or any attachments, exhibits or other addenda thereto and this Addendum, this Addendum will control.

TWU and Vendor may be referred to singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, if there is any conflict or contradiction between the provisions of the Agreement and those in this Addendum, this Addendum will control and Vendor waives any claim to the contrary.
