THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 1st day of July, 2018, to be effective July 1, 2018, unless otherwise indicated herein, between the City of Clawson, hereinafter referred to as “City” or “Employer”, and the Clawson Patrol Officers Association, represented by the Police Officers Labor Council, hereinafter referred to as “employee” and “Union”, for the purpose of achieving efficiency and promotion of harmonious relations between the parties.
