This Agreement for Limited Leaf Collection and Disposal Services (the "Contract") is entered into this 17th day of July, 2018, by and between St. Joseph County, Indiana, a political subdivision of the State of Indiana organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana (aka "SJC" herein), and St. Joe County Recycling, L.L.C., a valid corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana (hereinafter referred to as "SJCR").
