THIS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (“Contract”) is made and entered into this 29th day of March, 2024, by and between the City of Littleton, a municipal corporation within the State of Colorado (the “city” or “city”), and Spectrum General Contractors Inc., a Colorado S Corporation (the “Contractor”). The contractor and the city are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
