THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2018 by and between the CITY OF SAN JOSE, a municipal corporation ("City"), and HARJEET SINGH, an individual doing business as BAY AREA RECYCLING AND DUMPSTER SERVICES, ("Franchisee") for the purpose of providing collection, transportation and disposal services for residential clean-out material and construction and demolition debris in the City of San José.
