This Ground Lease (“Lease”) is made and entered into by and between Bondurant-Farrar Community School District, having an address at 300 Garfield Street SW, Bondurant, Iowa 50035, hereinafter referred to as “Landlord,” and USCOC of Greater Iowa, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having an address at Attention: Real Estate Lease Administration, 8410 West Bryn Mawr Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60631, hereinafter referred to as “Tenant.”
