We entered into a Capital On Demand™ Sales Agreement, dated March 12, 2021, or the Sales Agreement, with JonesTrading Institutional Services LLC, or JonesTrading, pursuant to which we may offer and sell shares of our common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, from time to time through JonesTrading as our sales agent. Pursuant to the Sales Agreement, we previously filed a prospectus, dated March 30, 2021, or the Existing Prospectus, for the offer and sale of up to $75.0 million of shares of our common stock from time to time through JonesTrading, acting as our sales agent. As of the date of this prospectus supplement, we have sold approximately $45.0 million of shares of our common stock pursuant to the Sales Agreement under the Existing Prospectus.
