This Zelle® and Other Payment Services Terms of Service document (hereinafter "Agreement") is a contract between you and bankHometown (hereinafter "we", “us” or "our") in connection with the Zelle® and Other Payment Services (as defined below) offered through our online banking site or mobile applications (the "Site"). This Agreement applies to your use of the Zelle® and Other Payment Services and the portion of the Site through which the Zelle® and Other Payment Services are offered.
