This FINANCE DIRECTOR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “AGREEMENT”) is entered into and made effective the 14th day of September, 2021, by and between the CITY OF BANNING, a general law city and municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”) and SUZANNE COOK, an individual (hereinafter referred to as “EMPLOYEE”), who is qualified to serve as Finance Director. For purposes of this AGREEMENT, CITY and EMPLOYEE may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
