By signing the Master Subscription Agreement Order Form to which these “Terms and Conditions” relate (the “Order Form”), or by accessing the BIRD Service (as defined in the Order Form), the Parties agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and any attachments, addenda or exhibits referenced in the Order Form or in these Terms and Conditions, and incorporate them into the Agreement. The Order Form together with these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to as the “Agreement.” Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given them in the Order Form.
