THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on _________________, 2025 (“Effective Date”) by and between FOOTHILL TRANSIT, a joint powers authority organized under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 100 South Vincent Avenue, Suite 200, West Covina, California 91790, hereinafter referred to as “Foothill Transit” and [INSERT SUBRECIPIENT NAME AND ADDRESS HERE] hereinafter referred to as “SUBRECIPIENT.” Foothill Transit and SUBRECIPIENT are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
