This Agreement is entered into between the Franchise Tax Board’s Court-Ordered Debt Collections Program, hereinafter referred to as “FTB-COD,” and the Placer County Revenue Services Division, hereinafter referred to as the “Court/Client,” for the purpose of the collection of unpaid court-ordered fines, monetary sanctions, forfeitures and penalties by the Franchise Tax Board (Agreement).
