This Affiliation and Program Agreement for Course Experience (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by Fort Bend County, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, (hereinafter "County''), and Axon Education, LLC d/b/a Axon Education Consortium and d/b/a Texas EMS School, an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) education course and training provider in the State of Texas (hereinafter "School"). Hereinafter, singularly, the "Party" and, collectively, the "Parties."
