THIS AGREEMENT CHANGE ORDER N° 8 made and entered into effective this 12th day of April, 2021 by and between National Grid USA Service Company, Inc. (herein referred to as Owner, which term includes its affiliates), a corporation with offices at 40 Sylvan Road, Waltham, MA 02451 for itself and on behalf of its affiliates: Massachusetts Electric Company, Nantucket Electric Company, New England Power Company, The Narragansett Electric Company, and Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation; and O’Connell Electric Company, Incorporated (herein referred to as Contractor), having its office and principal place of business at 830 Phillips Road, Victor, New York 14564.
