WHEREAS it is the desire of the Company and the Union to enter into an agreement governing the wages, hours of work, and working conditions, of the Hourly Employees and Owner Operators of the Company in the classifications as contained within this Agreement arrived on by Memorandum on August 31, 2022 and which is incorporated into and forms part of this collective agreement and the applicable provincial appendices.
