This Education Master Services Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into on this Effective Date May 01, 2025, by and between Kansas City International Academy located at 414 Wallace Ave Kansas City, Missouri 64125, referred to in this Agreement as (“Customer”), and Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc., a Maryland Corporation including its affiliates and subsidiaries, with an office located at 1 City Place Drive, Suite 100, Creve Coeur, MO, 63141, United States of America referred to in this Agreement as (“Amergis”). Customer or Amergis may be referred to herein as a “Party” or jointly as the “Parties.”
