This is an Agreement made and operative as of the 1st day of July, 2020, between the COUNTY OF PLACER, through its Health and Human Services Department, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”, and KidsFirst Child Abuse Prevention Council of Placer County, d.b.a. KidsFirst, a nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.”
