AMENDMENT TO CONTRACTConstruction Contract • January 8th, 2025
This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Genesis Contracting Group, LLC, 404 Hill Street, Suite 2, Lincoln, NE 68502 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and Lancaster County (hereinafter “County”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated December 17, 2024, executed under County Contract No. C-24-0940, for Construction for Square One Family Resource Center, Bid No. 24-212 which is made a part hereof by this reference.
