Central Campus Residence Halls2020-2021 Room and Board Contract Terms and Conditions Georgia College desires to provide campus housing for students at the lowest possible rate and, for that reason, must operate the residence halls on a contract basis for the full academic year. My signature (electronically submitted or written) acknowledges that the contract is a binding legal agreement between Georgia College & State University Property LLC with Georgia College & State University (GC) serving as the manager that details specific terms and conditions I must follow. The following terms and conditions are the standards to which all residence hall students must abide. Please read them carefully.
