This Contract to Ground Lease (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of _____________, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the FAIRFAX COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“FCRHA”), and APAH OAKWOOD LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, or its permitted assignee or designee (“APAH”). APAH and FCRHA are each a “Party” to this Agreement and collectively, the “Parties”.
