THIS REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “License” or “License Agreement”), is dated , 2024 (the "Effective Date"), and is entered into by and between the SAN MATEO COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT (“SamTrans” or “Licensee”) and the SAN MATEO COUNTY HARBOR DISTRICT (“Licensor”), each a public entity organized under the laws of the State of California and each referred to individually as a “Party” or jointly as the “Parties.”
