Attached hereto for your consideration is a proposed Second Amendment to the Lease Agreement for a 992K Wheel Loader with Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation (Caterpillar) used at the McIntosh Power Plant. The Lease Agreement, approved by the City Commission on April 6, 2015, is for a term of five (5) years, beginning November 11, 2015, and terminating on November 20, 2020. In December 2019, the City Commission approved a First Amendment to the Lease, which increased the hours of use for the equipment from 12,000 to 14,000 hours during the remaining term of the Lease.
