This Data Privacy Agreement ("DPA") is by and between the Liverpool Central School District("EA"), an Educational Agency, and Learning A-Z ("Contractor"), collectively, the “Parties”. This DPA supplements each existing and subsequent order quote(s) for Contractor’s subscriptions and/or services, which are incorporated herein by reference.
