This Assignment Agreement (Agreement) to Management Consulting Services 80101500-20-1 (Contract), effective as of the date last signed below, is entered into by Alvarez & Marsal Holdings, LLC (Assignor), having its principal office at 600 Madison Avenue, 8th Floor, New York, NY, 10022; Alvarez & Marsal Public Sector Services, LLC (Assignee), having its principal office at 600 Madison Avenue, 8th Floor, New York, NY, 10022; and the State of Florida Department of Management Services (Department), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
