These Terms together with the Commercial Schedule, form a binding legal agreement between you and Virtualstock Limited (“Virtualstock”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and governs your use of Framespan. By signing the Commercial Schedule, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. Any other terms or conditions sought to be imposed by you are expressly excluded and shall not be binding on us. References to “you”, “your” in these Terms are to the legal entity or organisation in whose name the Framespan account is registered (identified as the Subscriber in the Commercial Schedule) which may be a framework provider, a supplier or a buyer (including a buyer group). Any individual registering and/or using Framespan does so on behalf of that entity or organisation and warrants and represents that they have authority to bind such entity or organisation.
