This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the United States of America, acting through the United States Department of Justice and the United States Small Business Administration (“SBA”) (collectively, the “United States”); Ralph Caruso, Caruso Equipment Co. Inc. (“Caruso Equipment”), Flush LLC (“Flush”), Above the Line Production Rentals LLC (“Above the Line”), LL Burlington LLC (“LL Burlington”), and City Rentals LLC (“City Rentals”) (collectively, the “Defendants”) (hereinafter the United States and the Defendants are collectively referred to as “the Parties”), through their authorized representatives.
