The institutions named above (hereinafter “College or “ACC” and “CHARTER SCHOOL”) enter into the following partnership1 agreement for the implementation of dual credit programs which are designed to enable eligible high school students the opportunity to enroll in college credit courses that also fulfill high school graduation requirements.
