Institutional Conflict of Interest Management and Monitoring Plan: LeanTaaS, Inc.Co-Development and License Agreement • December 17th, 2024
The University of Texas MD Anderson (MD Anderson) and LeanTaaS, Inc. (LeanTaaS) are parties to a Co-Development and License Agreement (Agreement). Under the Agreement, the parties will collaborate on the development of new iQueue modules or new software and/or service products to assist in the operation of cancer treatment centers and other medical institutions. LeanTaaS will create the new modules or software and/or service products in collaboration with expert feedback from MD Anderson and/or testing with MD Anderson (new products/modules collectively each a “Collaboration Product”).
