The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Epilepsy Foundation of Texas (“Grantee”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” to that certain Epilepsy Grant Program Contract that was effective September 1, 2020, and denominated as HHSC Contract No. HHS000701500004 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
