THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of 2022 by and between THE CITY OF PANAMA CITY BEACH, FLORIDA, (hereinafter called "OWNER") and Jim House & Associates, Inc. business as a corporation, having a business address of 24312 U.S. Highway 98, Fairhope, Alabama, 36532, (hereinafter called "CONTRACTOR"), for the performance of the Work (as those terms is defined below) in connection with the removal, repair and reinstallation of PCB22-46 ITB Submersible Pump Repair and Rehabilitation to be located at various locations in the City of Panama City Beach wastewater collection system, in accordance with the Specifications prepared by the City of Panama City Beach, and all other Contract Documents hereafter specified.
