This MASTER OPERATION & MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of for reference purposes between CEG Solutions LLC, a Maryland limited liability company having its principal office at 4040 N. Fairfax Dr., Ste. 700, Arlington, VA 22203 (“Contractor”) and The City of Garden Grove, a California Municipality having its principal office at 11222 Acacia Pkwy., Garden Grove, CA 92840 (“City”). Contractor and City are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and jointly as the “Parties”.
