This Ambassador Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is between Affiliate and PriceLabs, Inc. ("Company,” “us,” “we”, “PriceLabs”), and governs Affiliate’s participation in the Ambassador program ("Program") offered by Company. “Affiliate” and “you” mean the entity on behalf of which this Agreement is accepted or, if that does not apply, the individual accepting this Agreement. If you (the person accepting this Agreement) are accepting this Agreement on behalf of your employer or another entity, you agree that: (i) you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to this Agreement, and (ii) you agree to this Agreement on behalf of your employer or such entity.
